I am Evgeny Nazarov from Ukraine. I can proudly say that Dr. Sibi is my student. I know that he has healed many people in India and around the world using medical gas therapy, especially ozone and hydrogen. I met him in 2010 when he was a medical student at Odessa Medical University and I noted him among the students as the most inquisitive and hardworking.
